AWS Regions

NEONNOW leverages multiple, independent AWS regions worldwide to deliver a robust, distributed cloud environment with secure access for organisations of all sizes. This strategic use of AWS regions enhances performance, reliability, and security, ensuring that NEONNOW meets the diverse needs of its global user base.

Deployment in Core Regions

When a NEONNOW organisation is created, it is deployed in a core region tailored to the organisation’s geographical location. This core region acts as the primary hub for data processing and storage, optimising latency and ensuring that users experience fast and reliable access. User access to NEONNOW is routed through a URL corresponding to the Amazon data center designated for their organisation’s core region. This ensures that users connect to the nearest and most appropriate data center, enhancing performance and user experience.

Support for Core Regions

It is important to note that while AWS boasts numerous core regions globally, not all of them support NEONNOW. We currently support a selection of regions, with several planned in the future.
