Overview

NEONNOW Agent desktop provides contact centre agents and supervisors a mature agent desktop to handle and manage customer interactions.

Depending on your use-case, your contact centre agents might prefer a full-screen, fully featured Workspace view. Alternatively, to allow for other line of business applications or when you will embed NEONNOW into a CRM application then you would likely use the 'Softphone' view.

Note, NEONNOW is a responsive web application, and will switch to Softphone view at widths of less than 800px.
