User Management

Add users

Users need to be created first in Amazon Connect then be promoted to be users in NEONNOW. To create users in Amazon Connect, please refer to Amazon Connect guide

Once an user has been created in Amazon Connect, follow steps below to make the user to be an NEONNOW user.

  1. Log into NEONNOW as user with NEONNOW Admin permission
  2. Under Settings, click Manage Users. The list of users will open
  3. Look for the user in the list, or click the Search icon and type in the username as created in Amazon Connect
  4. Click the Square icon to select the user, then click the + sign at the top
  5. This will open a window, where you can assign the role to the user, Agent or Admin.
  6. Click Save

Edit users

To edit a NEONNOW user, follow the steps below

  1. Log into NEONNOW as user with NEONNOW Admin permission
  2. Under Setting, click Manage Users. The list of users will open
  3. Look for the user in the list, or click the Search icon and type in the username
  4. Click the Square icon to select the user, Click the Edit User icon
  5. This will open a window, where you can update First Name, Last Name, or Role
  6. Click Save

Delete users

To delete a NEONNOW user, follow the steps below

  1. Log into NEONNOW as user with NEONNOW Admin permission
  2. Under Setting, click Manage Users. The list of users will open
  3. Look for the user in the list, or click the Search icon and type in the username
  4. Click the Square icon to select the user, Click the Remove User icon
  5. This will open a confirmation window.
  6. Click Remove to confirm removing the user
