Custom Schedules

Custom Schedules in NEONNOW can be used to check whether the current day/time is in a specific schedule, for example you can have a schedule for public holidays that the contact centre will have a holiday treatment for callers.

As a supervisor you can update a Custom Schedule on the fly. To make changes to Custom Schedules, follow steps below:

  1. Log into NEONNOW Admin Portal
  2. Open Contact Centre, select the appropriate contact centre, and open Customise --> Operations --> Custom Schedules
  3. The list of of Custom Schedules will be displayed, look for the relevant Custom Schedules or use the search button.
  4. Click on the 3 dots of the relevant Custom Schedules to Edit/Disable/Delete
  5. Click on the Custom Schedule itself will open up a Windows allowing you to edit the specific date, delete a date, or adding a new date.
