Interaction History
Interaction History is accessible from the left panel on NEONNOW Workspace. This provides a simple view to search for interactions that have been made in the past. The date range can be specified in the Calendar view of the From and To controls. Interactions will show 4 columns:
- Talk To: Customer (default)
- Direction: (Inbound or Outbound) = Phone number: the customer phone number for phone calls
- When: The initiation timestamp of the interaction.
- Type: icon indicating phone call, chat, or tasks.
To enable Interaction History for agents to access, toggle Interaction History to ON from Contact Centre--> instance --> Settings --> Feature.
